As has been reported by multiple media members across the industry, MLB has announced the lifetime ban of Tucupita Marcano and the one-year suspensions of Michael Kelly, Jose Rodriguez, Andrew Saalfrank and Jay Groome for violations of MLB’s gambling policy. Kelly was the winning pitcher in Oakland’s victory over Atlanta on Saturday.
