Thirty video slots, an illegal betting center, and 5,000 euros in cash were seized by the Naples Guardia di Finanza together with officials from the Customs and Monopolies Agency as part of a coordinated plan aimed at combating illegal gambling.

Five people were reported to the Judicial Authority, on various charges, for failure to display the table of prohibited games, resulting in an administrative fine of up to 60,000 euros, electricity theft, and illegal betting center activities.

The inspections focused on Naples, particularly in the districts of Scampia, Secondigliano, San Ferdinando, and Sanità, where ten illegal telematic betting stations were also seized.
