If you follow gambling at all you are likely already a devoted listener of the Sports Gambling Podcast and The College Football Experience Podcast, but in case you missed one of their most recent episodes, I am here to fill you in on their somewhat hot take on a former Ohio State Buckeye.

The trio of Colby Dant, Sean Green, and Ryan Kramer were giving out their favorite Heisman Trophy odds and all three agreed to “give a little sprinkle” on now Syracuse gunslinger, Kyle McCord. This may make a few Ohio State fans laugh, but the three experts provided a fairly strong argument.

It is also important to note that McCord is not their preseason pick for winning the Heisman Trophy and that this stance has more to do with his +20000 odds on DraftKings than anything else, but we have seen a spurned Buckeye quarterback hoist the trophy in the past. They also noted the relatively favorable schedule the Orange have and the potential offensive weapons at his disposal including Orande Gadsen II.

It was also interesting to see that none of the betting aficionados opted to take current Ohio State quarterback, Will Howard. Again, it needs to be noted that their omission of Howard is likely more to do with him having the fifth highest odds than his actual skillset.
