The Royal Brunei Police Force detained two local men, aged 76 and 62, suspected of being involved in a 4-Digit lottery gambling activities in Tutong District.

The detectives’ personnel from the Tutong Police District Headquarters, the Royal Brunei Force yesterday, detained the suspects, believed to collect the 4-digit lottery gambling bets at the business premises in Jalan Enche Awang, Tutong Town.

During the raid, several evidences was seized, including mobile phones and papers believed to be used for gambling activities. All evidences and suspects were taken to the Tutong Police Station for further investigation. The case is being investigated under Section 4(d) of the Common Gambling Houses Act Chapter 28.
