Sliker banned on Twitch mere hours after 2-year ban was lifted - Dexerto

After getting unbanned on Twitch, Sliker found himself suspended once again mere hours after celebrating the reinstatement of his channel.

In September 2022, Twitch streamer Sliker was hit with multiple accusations of allegedly scamming his viewers and fellow streamers out of ‘hundreds of thousands’ of dollars.

The situation grew so big that top streamers like Felix ‘xQc‘ Lengyel and Ludwig Ahgren dedicated their own funds to help pay back those who’d been affected by Sliker’s schemes, urging Twitch to take action against him.

The platform initially revoked Sliker’s partnership, and finally banned his channel altogether in January 2023. It’s been more than a year since then, and Sliker has resumed streaming on Kick after taking some time to reflect and giving an emotional apology to those he’d affected.

Sliker banned again on Twitch mere hours after suspension lifted

On February 19, 2025, Sliker’s Twitch channel was officially unbanned, over two years after he was initially suspended from the platform.

Sliker had put in an appeal request prior to his unban, which he showed off in a Kick broadcast with a friend, pointing out the appeal was ‘pending.’

However, mere hours after celebrating his successful appeal, his channel was once again taken down, leaving Sliker completely baffled.

“I think I’m banned,” the streamer exclaimed after he couldn’t connect to his chat. “Someone click my username. What?”

When users try to navigate to his channel, it reads the message: “This channel is currently unavailable due to a violation of Twitch’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.”

Initially, Sliker had teased his comeback on Twitch in a now-deleted tweet, saying he’d go live on Friday, February 21.

“If they want to find out I’m live, I’m live,” he said on Kick the day of his unban. “I’m a big deal. 400K is no big deal. …I’ll be streaming two hours on Twitch, and I’ll be instantly hopping on Kick afterwards.”

Previously, Slicker opened up about his gambling struggles in an interview with fellow streamer BeckaTV, revealing the true depths of his addiction and saying he hoped to “fix his wrongs.”

More recently, the streamer denied allegations of “scamming” fans out of CS2 knives, saying the person who’d accused him of being a “harasser.”

Sliker’s unban took place the exact same day that Twitch announced big changes to its ban policies, alerting streamers that they can submit an appeal to restore their account if they’ve been indefinitely suspended for over six months.
