Legislation to ban so-called “Gray Machines” is on its way to Gov. Andy Beshear’s desk.
On Tuesday, the Kentucky Senate followed the House in passing House Bill 594.
It outlaws slot machine-style games that offer cash payouts.
They can be found at gas stations, truck stops, bars, and clubs.
The bill passed by a 29-6 vote. Beshear has not said if he will sign it.
