LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division has charged two people with gambling in Lexington County.
Dana Patriska Riley, 47, is charged with gambling.
Fred Charles Mccary, 66, is charged with gambling and 20 counts of Unlawful possession of a gambling device.
Riley and Mccary were charged on October 27.

Officials say SLED executed a search warrant on October 26 in Lexington.
During the search, agents allegedly found 29 illegal video gaming devices being used for illegal gambling, according to arrest warrants.
Several Machines were identified as “Pot O Gold” gaming machines, offering different forms of Poker, Keno, and Blackjack, according to arrest warrants.
