A young man has opened up about his struggles with gambling, which he could not find a way out of.
Gambling since primary school
The man, whose name was not disclosed, said he had been a betting addict since his primary school years.
Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, he narrated his experiences, adding that he faced painful consequences because of it.
“l have been betting since I was in Class 8 and now I am on campus in my second year. Of late, I have lost all the resources I have been provided with by my parents, even the school fees, to betting. I have tried to quit, but the stress of my losses won’t allow it,” he shared.
The stranded man shared his experience as he sought advice from Kenyans on manoeuvring through the struggle.

Boy loses KSh 5,000 in betting
In another story, a boy demanded a refund from a betting company after placing a bet on his school fees.
He sent a message to the betting company, pleading with them to refund him the KSh 5,580 he staked.
The betting company reminded the boy that any money staked in a bet was non-refundable if the person lost.
