SAN ANTONIO – Twenty people are detained and multiple gambling machines have been seized during an early morning raid at a West Side home by Bexar County Sheriff’s deputies. 

Deputies executed a search warrant early Wednesday morning at a home off Guadalupe Street near South Zarzamora Street. 

Investigators also said at least one stolen vehicle was also found at the location.
